—Reminders aren't firing

Make sure notifications are allowed for Tide in your device's Settings, and that the master push switch on the Alerts tab is on. Reminders are scheduled directly with your phone's OS, so they'll keep firing even if Tide isn't open — but they won't fire at all if the OS-level permission was denied.

—I want to start over

Go to You → Erase local data. This clears every habit, log, and reminder on that device immediately. It can't be undone, since nothing is backed up anywhere else.

—Will my data sync across devices?

Not yet. Tide is local-first by design — each install keeps its own data. If that changes in a future version, it'll be opt-in and the Privacy Policy will be updated before it ships.
